I am both an academic researcher and an industry practitioner. I am currently a Visiting Associate Professor at the School of Computing, National University of Singapore. I have rich multi-industry experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain/Logistics, Retail, and Government sectors, and have been working in the Analytics & Optimization areas in the last 15 years.
MY LATEST RESEARCH
I am interest in the fundatmentals of Cognitive Computing technology, e.g. machine learning, natural language processing, etc., and its applications in Healthcare and Education areas.
I am also interest in mathematical optimization technology, e.g. linear programming, mix integer programming, non-linear programming, stochastic optimization, etc., and its applications in industry, e.g. supply chain planning, production scheduling, etc.
I conduct research and projects in healthcare analytics, including clinical related analytics, e.g. personalized patient treatment, patient care pathway, proactive healthcare, etc., and operations related analytics, e.g. resource planning, care process improvement, etc.
